It was lovely to get up and see the ocean, have breakfast on the verandah and admire the sea views. We enjoyed our stay

− The layout of the property. One can see the bathroom from the outside.
We loved the island; great weather, flora & fauna. We walked to catch ferry on day of departure.
8.0It was close to ferry terminal and we walked to agent. Receptionist very helpful - we bought groceries at local grocery shop & she drove us to the unit. Good orientation of island too as we had never been there before.
− The screen doors were not able to be locked or even latched. Felt a little vulnerable! The weather was so lovely we did not need air con but at night felt we had to use it and lock all interior doors as screens not secure. Fans were good but not easy to regulate
Loved my stay at Magnetic Island!
8.0The location is perfect with the beach straight across the road. Just a short stroll back into Nelly Bay or local bus comes by regularly. Convenience store in the block behind.
− No blockout blinds in living area for night. No security screens. Dripping bathroom tap. These things didn’t ruin a fantastic holiday. I’d happily stay again.
