The location is great, but it's a bit inconvenient to use the door when checking in. The cleaning isn't very thorough, and the facilities need some maintenance. Most importantly, the customer service attitude is generally good, except for one person who was absolutely terrible!

Localização excelente, próximo aos pontos de transporte público, restaurantes, mercados e farmácias. Acesso rápido. O quarto tem o essencial para a estadia: fogão, microondas, geladeira, lavadora e secadora de roupas. As camas são muito confortáveis e o banheiro é bom. Destaque também para a equipe de suporte que foram incríveis tanto pelo WhatsApp quanto pelo chat do Booking.com . Foram sempre rápidos e muito atenciosos.

− My issues with this place started even before arrival. I received a check-in form that required me to enter all of my credit card details — including sensitive security numbers — directly into a questionnaire. I understand the need for protection in case of damage, but there are safer and more transparent methods for this: signing an agreement, paying a deposit, or providing a hold through a secure system. This request felt unsafe and nearly made me cancel my trip. Their strict no-cancellation policy only added to the discomfort. The second problem was that they gave me the wrong address. I paid for an Uber and arrived at the location, only to discover it wasn’t the right place. When I managed to reach the owner, he did not take responsibility for the mistake. He provided another address, and when I asked him to order me a new Uber — given that the error was on their side — he told me to order it myself. Their idea of compensation was to “extend” my room by one hour at check-out, which was frankly ridiculous considering the stress and inconvenience. In the end, even that wasn’t actually applied, as our key cards stopped working at 11:00 anyway. Given the amount of stress this place caused — especially considering the high price — I would absolutely choose a different accommodation next time.
