The customer service was outstanding. The rooms are very modern and clean. Largest TV I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The bathrooms area is also very modern with beautiful designs.

The place is being renovated which had plus and minus, plus because it will be lovely when done and the AC was cold, the people at the front desk were very nice and tried their best to make us comfortable. The window had blinds which were cute but let in a lot of light. Should not be rented like that or give a huge cut on the price. We did not leave because we could not get refunded. So we had to tough it out. Take a look at the room you are getting before paying. The pool area was empty which was great and the water of the pool was transparent which is wonderful. Warm pool and cold jacuzzi but clean.

− the place was beautiful but it was not done. we were missing things that we usually do not think about night stands, tables, chairs, trash cans and furniture with drawers. The down side is we were missing ridiculous basic things like a table, and there was nowhere to put away your folded your clothing except for a few hangers in a corner but no closets no drawers. The internet was spotty as hell. The TV was smart but not set up well. Not finished. The door would get stuck and the security was just a little chain on the door. The information was misleading in the questions such as the king rooms had jacuzzi but those were the previous owners. It WAS the flamingo but no longer the case. Beware that some of rooms do not have a full renovation and they are renting them out, that is not right. Make sure to read carefully what is being offered. No breakfast but then there are no mini fridges or microwaves...

Overall, it was decent due to the fact that it was very close to the beach
