− We had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. Upon arrival, we found the property in extremely poor condition. It was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, and appeared completely neglected. The bed sheets were visibly used and dirty, with hair on them, and the furniture and walls were damaged. The bathroom was not cleaned and also in a state of disrepair. We were traveling with a young child and elderly parents, and the condition of the apartment left everyone shocked and uncomfortable. Our 5-year-old son was so frightened by the state of the place that he refused to stay. Due to the unacceptable condition of the apartment, we had no choice but to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation. This experience was very distressing for our family, and we are requesting a full refund as we were unable to stay in the property we paid for.
