3.0Location is very good but the property only looks good in a photo.
− Property is not liveable and it shouldn’t be even listed due to health and safety issue of extremely high damp level. Stuff didn’t react to our concerns. Paint peeling off the walls, signs of mold everywhere, especially bathroom. Smell of mold and mildew. Place to avoid! Agency only cares about profit not people’s wellbeing. Should be reported to h&s executive.
Perfect spot for Two.
9.0Location was perfect, facilities very good, most things had been provided.Comfortable bed, Quiet location. Clean, modern and well appointed. Washing machine is a huge bonus. We had an issue with the shower leaking but that was fixed the same day by an amazing guy called Darren who was just great.
− Lack of parking options. The bar stools were uncomfortable and the dining table had no chairs. We did bring the chairs from outside in and that was ok but proper chairs would be good. Terrace/yard needs some TLC.

− Sofa very uncomfortable both as a seat and as a sofa bed. During my last night there was a beeping sound all night. Couldn't find where it was coming from.
