No 24 hr reception ,,, staff not helpful
4.0Not much , I will not recommend this hotel. Staff not helpful. Terrible customer service
− We forgot our key in the room. It was after 10 pm and reception was closed . We were left to fend for ourselves. The velador (night keeper) was not able to help us either.

− Room was cold. The heater was a propane space heater, with no where to vent the exhaust. Very dangerous.

− 1. Hotel didnt have breakefast on time so we leave it wihout having it. 2. 1 out of 4 rooms was not good, it was old, extremly small and with not good heating system as the other 3.
