Great stay
10.0Spacious well equipped and comfortable. Easy short drive into Ripon - perfect for our stay, and nice dark skies to see the northern lights :)
Relaxing short break in a beautiful part of the country
9.0Rural and private yet not too remote.Light and airy. Plenty of room and comfortable. Water hot and plentiful. Bed very comfortable Easy access to moors, towns, villages, pubs etc Good pubs. Polly very welcoming and informative

− The Old Granary is on a farm and we had lots of dead flies on the windowsill

A great base, clean and comfortable.
8.0The Cottage was in a convenient, quiet, semi-rural location and I wasn't disturbed at all. It was lovely to just arrive and make myself at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, usually my biggest issue is hard beds - but it was amazingly soft and bouncy so I wasn't in pain at all. Great private parking undercover and right next to the property, nice and secure. Good appliances, fully functional and not dated.
− I travel for work with my assistance dog/handbag companion (we are never apart) and this property doesn't allow dogs, which meant I had to leave my furpanion with colleagues and stay alone. This was far from ideal and quite upsetting, as I haven't left him at all since he was born nearly three years ago. Its not something I could do again and is unnecessary for such a practical and spacious property. They would not have known he wqs there, as he is immaculate and highly trained but I have to respect their choice and appreciate not all furpanions are as angelic. There was no woodburner/fire or enclosed garden to relax and enjoy, which is a great shame.
