We enjoyed the apartment! It was clean and offered a full kitchen and a washer!! Loved it!!!

Great location - right around the corner from the Colosseum! The apartment was clean and spacious for 2 people. And it has a washing machine and a dishwasher!!!

− The towels were sufficient, but could use some updated towels

Perfekte Lage! Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht! Der Kontakt und die Betreuung vor Ort ist nicht zu toppen!

− Wenn man sich ganz genau umschaut, findet man Staub.... aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau! Ich würde wieder hierherkommen!

Świetna lokalizacja dosłownie 5 minut od Koloseum, , mieszkanie w pewni wyposażone, jest również pralka i żelazko. Duży salon, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka i osobna sypialnia. Łóżko w sypialni i kanapa w salonie bardzo wygodne i duże. Jeśli jeszcze będzie okazja, to chętnie bym skorzystała z tego mieszkania.

− Niestety musieliśmy wyłączyć jedną klimatyzację w salonie, ponieważ nie miała odpływu wody, która gromadziła się na podłodze. Miejmy nadzieję, że będzie wszystko sprawne dla następnych gości, bo w sierpniu bez tej jednej klimy było naprawdę gorąco, a dzieci musiały tam spać.

Très bien situé

− Très bien situé, mais climatisation catastrophique L’emplacement de l’appartement est indéniablement son seul véritable point fort : très bien placé, pratique et agréable pour découvrir les environs et admirer le Colisée à deux pas. En revanche, la climatisation est tout simplement défaillante. En pleine période de chaleur, elle ne fonctionne pas correctement et rend les nuits particulièrement pénibles (il faisait plus de 31 degrés la nuit). Quand on réserve un appartement en plein été, la climatisation n’est pas un détail ou un simple confort : c’est un équipement essentiel, surtout lorsqu’elle est annoncée comme disponible. Difficile donc de profiter pleinement du séjour quand on passe ses nuits à avoir trop chaud et à dormir dans des conditions inconfortables. Un appartement aussi bien situé mérite clairement un entretien et des équipements à la hauteur. Le propriétaire a été informé de la situation. Il a donc envoyé un réparateur que NOUS avons dû attendre! Cela n’a rien changé à la situation… le propriétaire a une nouvelle fois été averti et n’a plus répondu! La chaleur m’ayant empeche de dormir j’ai épluché les avis sur l’appartement et le problème avait déjà été soulevé… Je déconseille donc ce lieu malheureusement…
