8.0Ilmastointi kaikissa makuuhuoneissa ja olohuoneessa. Hyvä parveke ja tiskikone. Majoittajan kanssa kommunikointi oli sujuvaa.
− Ruokailuvälineitä ei ole tarpeeksi kuudelle ihmiselle. Asunnon tyynyt ja peitot vaatisivat päivittämistä. Kodinkoneissa ei ole käyttöohjeita ja pyykkikoneen luukku on rikki. Vesihanoista tulee herkästi polttavan kuumaa vettä. Avaimia oli vain yksi kuudelle ihmiselle.
Eigentlich waren wir alle sehr zufrieden, eine gute Wohnung, wenn ich mal wieder auf malta komme dann komm ich wieder zu

− Der Wasserhahnen durfte in der Küche nicht benutzt werden und es war nicht so sauber, viele Haare waren noch am Boden vom letzten Gast.
