Il panorama, la comodità del materasso

− Il posto auto di dimensione ridicola e non sufficiente per la mia auto, circa 100 gradini per raggiungere l'abitazione, le scale poco e male illuminate con gli aghi di pino che le rendono scivolose, la TV che si sintonizza a malapena sui 3 canali nazionali, l'accesso alle chiavi dove era stato fornito un codice errato, la difficoltà a contattare l'agenzia per poter parlare con il gestore. La pulizia all'arrivo non è stata in linea con le mie aspettative.Per arrivare al mare è obbligatorio prendere l'auto. Il prezzo su booking è molto più alto di quello che si può ottenere prenotando direttamente con l'agenzia. Per il soggiorno di 5 notti abbiamo speso 400 euro in più.

The apartment itself was lovely, the beds were very comfortable, fantastic quality bedsheets, it was well equipped.

− It was like an ice box, the heating was inadequate, it didn't heat either of the seating areas. We had to take an extra quilt off an other bed to sleep with, and I slept with socks and pyjamas, it was so cold!! In the apartment its self I wore a jacket the whole time. It made our stay uncomfortable. We were told re whats app that there would be an extra charge of 20euro per night for heating!! In the description, heating was listed as a facility. We didnt pay this as we wouldn't have chosen this apartment if we had to pay an extra 100euro for heating!! It's also not the picture of the harbour in the description, we had the view of the smaller harbour behind. There is also no mention of the amount of steps up to the apartment, (at least 6 flights of stairs, maybe 60 steps in total!) we were OK, anybody with mobility difficulties would have a problem. In the summer its definitely a better location, I wouldn't recommend it for early spring and definitely not winter!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Meerblick und einzigartiger Umgebung mit super Strand Feniglia

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Wohnung. Tolle Lage, Ruhig, Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, Super Aussicht aufs Meer und die Natur (Berge, Burg). Toller großer Balkon der zum Frühstücken einlädt. Und eine große gemütliche Terrasse wo man auch Grillen kann. Alles sehr großzügig eingerichtet. 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, großer Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und einzigartigem Wintergarten. Das Doppelbett im Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr gemütlich mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer+Natur. Großteils sind auch Mückennetze an den Fenstern angebracht, die man unbedingt braucht. Großzügig ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl dort. Die vielen Stufen hinauf zur Wohnung sind zwar anstrengend, aber dadurch hat man gleich ein leichtes Sportprogramm am Tag. ;-) Auch der nahe gelegene Strand Feniglia Beach ist wirklich wunderschön und man kann stunden lang am Strand spazieren und ist dann teils völlig allein oder genießt den Trubel der nur am Anfang des Strandes herrscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)))

− Wir hatten etwas Probleme mit einem der beiden Bäder, was aber vom Vermieter soweit es möglich war in der kürze des Aufenthaltes zufriedenstellend gelöst wurde. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wären vielleicht noch bessere Betten im 2. Schlafzimmer, diese sind relativ weich und eigentlich eher für Kinder von der Größe her. Sonst alles Perfekt

Very good apartment with everything you need for a good stay. The host is nice and caring. A lot of space, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Big terrace with amazing view - we liked everything.

− Sometimes it smells of dampness but I think in summer time it’s gone.

Great location with a great view! Host is extremely friendly and willing to assist. We would love to come back!

We loved the location and the view! Appartement with its balcony and patio create a very spacious idea.
