1.0− Check-in Frustration: We had a very difficult time checking in. We waited a long time just to receive the door password. Additionally, the contact number provided on the listing was unreachable, making it impossible to get immediate assistance. False Claims about Notification: The host accused us of leaving without notice. This is completely untrue; we messaged their Facebook account before we departed. Since we were in a hurry, we could not wait for a reply, but the notification was sent. Exaggerated Accusations: While we honestly overlooked a few appliances in our rush to leave early, the host exaggerated the situation, claiming "all" units were left on and the house was in "disarray." Host Attitude: Instead of acknowledging their own failure to provide a working contact number and a smooth check-in, the host was quick to make accusations of "misconduct." Verdict: I am very disappointed. A host should be reachable and fair, but this experience was stressful from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here

10.0The hosts were amazing, I was in touch with Mam Leah but Mam Mia was the one who was around during check in and both of them were amazing! so easy to communicate. Our family had a great time!! No issues during our stay.

− The cooking pans are nonstick and all are worn out already. Not healthy to use for cooking. I suggest to change it because overall are goods except for the cooking pans and some bathroom drainage issues.
