Espectacular muy acogedor
9.0El lugar en general y la habitación muy impecables, el personal de servicio muy amable cordial y atento. La playa muy limpia al igual que las zonas sociales. Se respira una tranquilidad y es muy apropiado para descansar escuchando las olas llegar a la orilla.

7.0El lugar es espectacular. Facil de llegar desde el aeropuerto. Una aclaración. La zona de la piscina es un club house que esta habilitada para que la gente que este hospedada pueda utilizar. Tiene restricciones de uso. El grupo con el que ibamos se hospedo en 7 habitaciones diferentes, no es standard. Cada habitacion corresponde a un dueño diferente asi que su experiencia sera la que cada habitación ofrezca. Esta habitación esta bien, falta atención en detalles tales como que los baño, incluida esta habitación no tenian jabón de ducha y mucho menos un shampoo. Hay una tiena cerca asi que pudimos comprar jabón para la ducha.
− El check in es un desorden. El servicio tiene muchisimqs oportunidades de mejora, desde la atencion en el restaurante como de la administración en general. Adjunto la foto en la que me dejaron el jabon para la ducha después de informar que no habia en la habitación. Hay dos edificios en obra aún, aunque son respetuosos con los horarios de trabajo hasta que no terminen uds van a tener tanto el ruido como los materiales cerca a su hospedaje.
