Perfect Retreat
10.0Gorran Haven is a beautiful village, and the location of Maen Lay within the village is perfect. The views from the lounge and dining room area are wonderful as they look out to the bay and the sea. The property is spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Maen Lay during the day and evening is very quiet 🤫 😴 so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep.We would certainly recommend this property, and we hope to be back in 2026.

In a word, awesome
9.0Maen Lay is in an amazing location with genuinely stunning views out onto the bay to chapel point and beyond. The house has everything you could need, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with a fireplace (which I didn’t use) , good heating and lovely bathroom. It’s a very short walk down the hill to the beach, and also not far to walk over the headland to vault beach and or over to Dodman point.
− Really there is nothing not to like about this place.

10.0Super cosy and comfy house, super clean, very friendly and helpful host, fantastic views on beach and surroundings, high quality furniture and lovely decor( great taste in books! ), great access to beach and village. Maen Lay has everything you need for a joyful and relaxing holiday. We definitely recommend this wonderful place.
