Nice old country inn with clean and comfortable rooms.
7.0Reception was quick and simple. Room was spacious clean and tidy The building is old stone so the room was cool in high pemeratures during our stay. A small bar and patio area was available for a drink etc
− The room was very close to the bar with noise from other customer until late at night The restaurant was closed because of high temperatures in the kitchen however the owner kindly let us eat a takeaway in the restaurant.

− Helaas geen ontbijt ondanks dat we dit wel hadden verwacht. En dan is de prijs best aan de hoge kant.

3.0The bed was comfortable.
− The bathroom was terribly small and no storage for toiletries for more than one person. The layout not planned well or thought out. The bath was chipped. There is a beam above the bath/shower which you have to mind your head getting out. The water pressure was terrible. Booked for dinner which was confirmed via email. Went for dinner and was given a sheepish look and told no chef to cook. Recommended another pub however ‘THE HELYER ARMS’ this was a fantastic place and very accommodating even booked breakfast the following day and future booking to stay. Went back to bed, turned lights off and a huge fluorescent green light illuminated the whole room. No parking, church nearby to park in but was full. Had to park across someone’s doorstep or on a main road
