− Room was not air conditioned after asking to turn on air conditioning they rudely replied to open the window rather to turn on air conditioning.

2.0− I am writing to report a serious issue I experienced during my stay booked through your platform. The property was extremely noisy, especially in the morning. There was constant disturbance from people inside the house talking loudly, which made it very difficult for me to rest. I was unable to sleep properly due to this ongoing noise. This level of disturbance is unacceptable and does not meet basic expectations for a comfortable stay. The listing did not mention anything about such conditions. Because of this: My sleep was disturbed I faced discomfort during my stay The property did not provide a peaceful environment

We particularly appreciated the comfortable bedding, which contributed to a restful night's sleep.The overall ambiance of the room was very pleasing and inviting.
