Dated caravan but enjoyable stay.

The location of the caravan was very good. Instructions on how to find it were good, and straight into the van. The sofa and beds were comfortable, we had bought our own fans and opened all the windows and doors, which made it bearable, even in a heatwave. Although we did not cook, the caravan seemed very well equipped, and the full size fridge freezer would have been a good bonus if we had stayed for longer. The shower was very good!

− The van is looking quite dated, with wallpaper peeling off the walls in one bedroom, and the appearance of a little bit of mould in the same area. The radiators were quite rusty. The remote control turned the tv on but other than that did not work. There was a bit of dust around the tv areas. It was hard to hang clothes as the wardrobes were used (I'm guessing) as storage for travel cots etc by the owners, but we managed. None of these things caused us many issues, and with the price of the caravan did not bother us. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location,clean, communication excellent with owner,problem solved quickly.good clear directions and access instructions.nice veranda safe for children

− Nintendo although plenty of games for children, didn't work.needs some serving dishes eg fruit bowl ,salad dish.excellant shower room,separate toilet very small very awkward to move about.seat broken but mended and replaced immediately .Tv in one bedroom no plug socket near enough to use.Overall good facilities eg freezer,hot water,toaster

We did like the holiday resort.,perfect location and lots of things to do for kids .

− We didn't like the caravan it needs deep clean and a big update as it is old and it smells inside and few things needs fixing especially toilet seat and dining table..I have done caravan holidays for 10 years this was our worst caravan we ever stayed kids hated the smell to ..and it definitely don't deserve this rating on booking.com from now on will not believe in star rating and people's reviews. I will not book this caravan again and will not advise this caravan...very disappointed

Lovely location, spacious lounge area. Master bedroom nice. Reliable WiFi. Local attractions nearby.

− Toilet seat was loose on arrival. Had to use extension lead across the room for 2 bedroom tvs. No oven mitt. Passes not included extra charge.

The caravan was lovely and clean the entertainment was very good and the bingo was great
