The check-in process was smooth, quick and well organised. We were provided with a helpful welcome book containing information about local attractions, nearby amenities, the property's dos and don'ts, along with useful tips and advice. This was a thoughtful addition that made settling in much easier. The property itself has a charming rustic character, beautifully complemented by modern décor, furniture and amenities. The two bedrooms were equipped with efficient air conditioning units that kept the rooms pleasantly cool throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and having an electric cooker was particularly convenient. We also appreciated the option to increase the water pressure when needed. The location was easy to find and being within a gated community provided an added sense of security. There is a Subway nearby for a quick meal, and reaching Half-Way Tree, Devon House and other central attractions was straightforward, with most destinations accessible via one main road. Our children especially enjoyed the large open outdoor space at the back of the property. A particularly lovely personal touch was being encouraged to pick fresh star fruit and mulberries from the garden, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. We were added to a WhatsApp group where both the owner and the person who checked us in were available to answer questions or provide assistance whenever needed. It was reassuring to know that help was always just a message away. Finally, the check-out process was just as smooth and straightforward as check-in. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-maintained property with thoughtful hosts, modern conveniences and a welcoming atmosphere. We would stay here again.

− The advert said access to a washer, then when we got there we were asked to pay US15 per wash. Being a family of 4 that washes multiple loads every 2 days, asking for the equivalent of 1 months light bill for 4 washing.... left a bitter taste. Especially after being told if we had stayed a week we would have had free access. It felt like false advertisement or a bait and switch. The downstairs was very hot, the fans just pushed around hot air. We found odd things like lavender mesh bags in drawers and random items under the sofa and in drawers, makes you feel the place wasn't properly vetted before us checking in. This makes you wonder about how thorough the place was cleaned. There was no garbage bin in the kitchen and things were broken which we promptly made sure to report so that we weren't blamed. Again, makes you think about the due diligence employed when others leave. The kitchen sink stoppers didn’t work. The front door, smart lock doesn't latch. All in all we made it work but these were some pet peeves.

− Would have liked a in living room. Had fans but an ac on lower floor would be nice.

Good place and reasonable price for that kind of place. Nice people run this facility. Rather close to cafes and shops.

− The car that was provided for transfer. It is absolutely dead!

Perfect location , spacious clean and well equipped

This clean , spacious accommodation was perfect for our stay in Jamaica . Every facility is provided although hot water failed the last two days of our stay. There is a nightclub in close proximity to the address so would not suit those looking for a peaceful location . No problem for us

− Would suggest placing a second bedside cabinet in the largest bedroom .
