− Everything else. Poor maintenance. Dirty and no amenities.
It was so unclean we felt dirty sleeping there. I never want to stay in a place like that again

− It was unclean, no communication/the staff in move inn estates didn’t have a clue. No blind on our window (on the top floor) and the window was right above the bed. Bathroom was unclean. Only shower gel provided (unlike stated on the information we were provided - albeit we were provided information 3 days after we left?)
Very basic. Even at this price point, I expected more; but you pay for what you get.
6.0Close to Elizabeth line for access to central London.
− Room was bare. Only a bed. No desk, chair, lamp, bedside table. Ultra basic. It states there is a washer/dryer, but there are signs saying not to use them when you get there. Locks overall were an issue. I was locked out of the building for two hours. My room lock was iffy, and I struggled to get out the bathroom a lot.
