Geweldig verblijf gehad in deze prachtige cottage
10.0De cottage is in één woord geweldig! Mooi en rustig gelegen, schoon en gezellig. Het heeft qua faciliteiten alles wat je nodig hebt. De host is heel aardig en woont op loopafstand voor het geval er iets is. De cottage ligt dichtbij Llanberis, Caernarfon en Zip World, maar ook Betws-y-Coed is goed te bereiken.

9.0The property is nicely tucked away down a track, with a very pleasant view. The lake (Llyn Padarn) is barely 5 mins walk away, as is the "Caffi Caban" cafe. Several small towns within reach for supermarkets or dining. The interior was clean, stylish and practical. Felt like we had plenty of room (we were three adults and one toddler). Our stay coincided with some unusually hot weather, but the property didn't heat up too badly, suggesting that it's probably quite well insulated. I imagine it would be cosy in the winter.
− Only thing missing is a dishwasher!
We had a really lovely time, and would definitely recommend!
9.0Melin Y Wig was clean and really well presented, and really beautifully situated - sheltered from the wind but with a lovely outlook across a really pretty small holding, with rocks and little hills all around. Also very close to the lake for a dip, and the cafe for excellent coffee and breakfast!
− Alas, no dishwasher, but still totally worth staying here!!
