Good apartment, clean and close to all the places we visited.

− I expected the apartment to have more toiletries, drinking water(for someone coming from Nigeria, UK tap water wasn't drinkable). Though He provided snacks but wasn't enough. We should have some cereals. We had tea, no sugar or milk. I have been to an Airbnb, especially knowing you are coming with children, you want to make them glad. It had all these and more. We extended our stay but he didn't restock. We had to make do with the provision for one week for ten days

Comfy bed, handy location.

− Dishwasher full of dirty dishes on arrival. Entire toilet wobbles. Pin had been snapped off in the plug socket next to the bed. Main shower didn’t get hot. Messaged host 1 hour after I arrived and still haven’t had a response. No hoover. Washing machine mouldy.

Clean and Spacious

Spacious apartment for 6 pax, good kitchen and dining facilities and reasonably clean. Covered parking space and only 5min walk to Aldi.

− We had trouble with the entrance lock on the final day of our stay. Firstly, we were locked-in inside the apartment and after some difficulty managed to unlock the door to get out and rushed to send our friends to Heathrow. Upon return at night to rest before leaving at 2am for our own flight, we had difficulty to unlock the door after attempting to twist and turn the key repeatedly for over half an hour. We have taken very good care of this beautiful aparment throughout our stay and disappointed that this had happened on our final day of stay and especially at both times when we needed to get to the airport. We contacted the host and hope the lock issue is fixed/resolved before the next tenant encounters the same.

Wonderful and unforgettable

I must said this is the most beautiful homestay i ever had. i am from Malaysian, Go UK, Hatfield to visit my son who study at Hertfordshire University. My husband and 2 brothers wish to stay near him, and This is the best Location, near to his hostel, just less than 10 mins walk. The house are so comfortable to us, and convenient, are all in my expectation. My family member loves it. The host are very nice. whatsapp me concern on what i need any can text him. convenient - it is so near to supermarket - Aldi. Food - easy to get just walk out the apartment. I would say I will come back to stay the same unit in future if i go again. In this house have wonderful time.

It was a pleasant stay as I waited move in at the local university.
