5.0La chambre était très propre et accueillante. Très bonne literie.
− N'arrivant pas à obtenir les chaînes de TV nous avons appelé le numéro de permanence. La personne a mis beaucoup de temps pour arriver et pour couronner le tout elle est partie sans résoudre notre problème et sans dire au revoir parce que les agents de la ville étaient en train de lui mettre une contravention pour mauvais stationnement. L' environnement est très bruyant (bar au coin)

1.0gar nichts.... lag daran, das wir gar nicht anreisen konnten, trotz Bezahlung und Buchungsbestätigung
− Wenn man am Morgen des Abreisetages erfährt das die gebuchten und bezahlten Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung stehen kommt, gelinde gesagt, Ärger auf. Wenn man dann von booking.com über Stunden(4h) hingehalten wird, angeblich sollten Ersatzunterkünfte angeboten werden, ist irgendwann das Maß voll. In Zukunft werde ich wieder direkt bei der Unterkunft buchen und keine möchtegern Makler zwischenschalten. Festivaltickets verfallen, Wochenende versaut: herzlichen Dank booking. com
