Waste of money and a big stress
1.0− When we addressed the problems we had , the problem was not solved adequately. Our requests were denied to provide portable ACs. The tiny AC is stored in the wrong place and doesn't cool this big apartment and doesn't function properly , so it was a disaster to sleep at night in the heat . The fan didn't help. After booking this apartment, the company suddenly gave us the list of inadequate rules in this apartment and threatened us if any neighbour complains we will be expelled from the apartment. So, very stressful stay in this place . The problem with the washing machine, it never stops washing the linen . Out of order. The smart entrance system once broke down and we had to stay outside of this apartment for 1,5 h before we managed to get in. So, all entering system to enter the building and apartment depends on the Internet . We wanted to have a physical key to open the doors. My family experienced a big discomfort and waste of money by staying there.

9.0Klimatyzacja, elektroniczny zamek do drzwi co umożliwiało szybkie otwarcie, balkon
− Niskie drzwi od pokoju i łazienki które przy zamykaniu szorowały o podłogę i hałasowały przez to. Po kilku dniach zaczęły wychodzić robaki czy to w łazience czy też salonie. Ale było ich bardzo mało.

7.0La ubicación respecto a las líneas de metro es lo mejor, estábamos en cinco minutos andando en la boca de metro de Mercat Nou (linea 1 roja) y te comunicaba con los lugares más emblemáticos de Barcelona. No había vecinos ruidosos.
− No teníamos llave física para entrar al apartamento, dependiamos de los códigos enviados al móvil para entrar. La cocina y el baño son bastante reducidos.
