very cozy location, shady terraces, swimming pool with cleaning system, air conditioning in each room, which ensured comfortable nights, we really liked it.

− There was not a single sponge for washing dishes in the kitchen, no napkins, no towels, no detergent, no garbage bags. Plus I would like to have at least some salt in the kitchen. We needed to clean the shower outside so that we could use it. Clean the hose from the washing machine so that we could do the laundry.

Excellent location, nice wee pool, good amenities, big house with nice areas to eat outside with well stocked kitchen and larder utensils, very nice BBQ area, very good value for money.

− I found the bed and pillows very uncomfortable but others in different rooms found them ok. Overall the place needs money spent, it's rural shabby which is fine but some areas are crumbling and could do with being restored. There is road noise but got used to it. The biggest issue for us were the showers, they went from cold to scolding hot and back again with no warning and had the potential of being quite dangerous. I would highly recommend they fix this ASAP.

what fantastic value for money ! I had thought the picture was of 2 villas with a shared pool however on arrival I realised this was 1 property with 4 bedrooms, a pool a pool table and a table tennis table. It was a great stay for us (2 couples) and it had something for everybody. Nice seating area to relax just outside the bedroom and also a shaded dining area outside the front door. Lots of sun loungers and a pool for the sun lovers too. All I can say is Wow ! When we did venture away from the pool the location was fantastic ( we had our own private driveway) it was close by to Alcudia and Polenca for day trips and a short drive away from many other attractions, Found some fantastic places to see the sights , shop and of course eat and drink. We hired a car for traveling about however if your not, there is a buss stop literally at the bottom of the driveway !

− It really was a great place to stay for us, the only thing that could have made it better is some small condiments and cleaning products to get us started. this may be because we were the first of the season however it did mean we had to go straight out to buy washing up stuff and tea and coffee etc.
