− Battled to get into the facility. Broken lamp in Master bedroom. Dishwasher full of unwashed items. Master bedroom toilet not cleaned.

8.0The property was good.. it wasn’t the cleanliest place I stayed in. Could do with a deep clean. Other than that the location was great and the host was brilliant and lovely

Stay was ok, additional deposit requested after booking is not good.
4.0Location fine and perfect for our requirement. Clean. lifts work. It could be a very nice appartment to actually live in permanantly. Right in town centre but far enough from late night drinkers and the noise that comes with it.
− Whilst provided detailed instruction there where 3 keyboxes clustered together next to others and the one with our key the label had come off. Keyfob for external door did not work if you actually touched the sensor, had to hover in front of it. Flickering lights and things in need of repair as described in others reviews. Hiding additional deposit at bottom of listing, not good. Having to pay outside of platform and requiring ID documentation not good, who knows what will happen with this now. This is an updated review now that I have actually got deposit back after >1 month. Emails and messages on platform not responded to, leading to eventually having to phone when it was then actioned straight away.

− Tap in kitchen was hanging off and oven didn’t work unless it was on grill mode, also TV was slightly on an angle leaning forward.
