The internet, hot water, fridge and A/C cools very well. Location is quiet and about a 15minute drive from Playa Venao. Owner responded through Whatsapp whenever contacted.

− The exterior of the property needs maintenance (cut the grass in front of each apartment so people can park without difficulty - the grown grass does not help the inclination and much less if it has rained). All rooms should be equipped with same kitchen utensils (plates, cups, etc. - fortunately, I had taken disposables for everything), there should also be dishwashing soap & washing sponge, towels according to the number of people staying. There was no toilet paper either. Had to wait a long time before someone arrived to provide the keys, room was not ready... Batteries in A/C remote need to be changed or checked regularly to make sure they are working. The rear part of the rooms is not attractive at all and washing basins to be installed for the cleaning staff to better be able to provide indoor maintenance, and where do you throw the garbage? There was a big plastic trash bin in the back but how often does someone clean that out or remove it? The back door lock does not make you feel too safe and even in the other rooms they would put the bed or chair against it just as prevention from anyone breaking in although the property is in a more secluded place. It would be good it there a hammock for each apartment. A identifiable sign with a name would be helpful to better see the entrance road to the property.
