7.0La ubicación es perfecta, es una urbanización muy tranquila, perfecta para disfrutar con la familia. El alojamiento es espacioso, y la parte exterior igual, zona de piscina, barbacoa…
− A la llegada tuvimos algún problema con la piscina y la zona exterior; la limpieza de la zona de la barbacoa no estaba bien, he de decir que llamamos a la inmobiliaria y en seguida vino el personal de limpieza y lo solucionó. Con el tema de la piscina no fue igual, a la llegada vimos que no estaba bien el agua, llamamos y esa misma tarde vino la persona encargada de la piscina nos dijo que era la depuradora, estaba estropeada; tardaron dos días, hasta el tercer día no pudimos utilizarla; la respuesta frente al problema que tuvimos por parte de la inmobiliaria no nos gustó, no tuvieron nada de empatía; puesto que nosotros cogimos esa casa principalmente por la piscina; tengo que decir que todo lo contrario el propietario; muy bien por su parte y compenso un poco nuestro disgusto! El resto de días pudimos disfrutar.

− Bathroom to small Toilet did not work , facies came into the shower 2 rooms had no airco Pool was not heated and leaked as such only cold water was available Asked for discount , they dont reply back or they say you are rude when showing them pictures of the pool Still waiting for discount ... still no reply Left earliet as such they could do maintenance Shower crane does not hold Handtowel hook came off Wasmachine a bit old , but worked , could not find the small wash No handtowels
