Misleading Listing – Uninhabitable Property

− We booked Warrenmang Vineyard Resort for 31 December 2025 for 8 people and a pet. On arrival, there was no staff, no check-in, and no instructions. Multiple apartments had their doors wide open with no keys, giving the impression the property was abandoned. The rooms were neglected and unsanitary—cobwebs, dead insects, and foul-smelling bathrooms. There was no power or running water, making it impossible to stay. We tried contacting the owner several times with no response. Neighbours informed us the property has reportedly been closed for a long time, which makes it concerning that it is still accepting bookings. This experience was extremely disappointing, particularly on New Year’s Eve, and we cannot recommend this property.
