8.0Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Angenehm warm. Sehr sauber, gute Lage. Straßenbahn gut erreichbar. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Treppen in den 5. Stock halten fit.
− Kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung zu hängen, da der einzige Schrank mit Zusatzbettwäsche fast voll war. Im kleinen Zimmer kein Schrank. Küche: Schöpflöffel und Schneidebrett, Flaschenöffner, Kartoffelschäler, Müslischälchen fehlten. Sehr unangenehm war oft der Haschgeruch der Nachbarn, so dass man manchmal die Fenster bzw Balkontüre nicht öffnen konnte.
