Hübsch, aber noch nicht fertig
6.0Großer Wohnbereich mit Kaminofen. Urig eingerichtet. Großer Garten mit anschließender Wiese.
− Haus nur in Teilen bewohnbar. Außerhalb des Wohnbereichs im EG alles unbeheizt. In Bad und 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es eine elektr. Standheizung. Dachgeschoss leider als Spielort für die Kinder deshalb nicht nutzbar. Im Sommer sicher besser geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Lage sehr ruhig. Leider irgendwie abgeschieden und mind 45 min Fahrt zu sehenswerten Zielen wie Oybin oder Prebischtor. Am Ende irgendwie doch zu teuer für 1 wirklich nutzbaren Raum.
