− Poor facilities particularly the kitchen and the landlady was unreasonably difficult about the use of the garden when we were only there for one full day over a weekend but she wanted us to not use it because her gardener wanted to do maintenance

6.0Great Location for where we needed to be which was only for 2 nights, there’s lots of space which was great for a family, lovely walk along the Thames.
− When we arrived which was in November there was no heating the house was freezing which wasn’t great for elderly parents there were air heaters but radiators not working nor was the cooker, we phoned contact number and they arranged for engineer who was able to sort the problems but we found only one of the bedroom radiators worked in the end, also the main bedroom had a really bad smell.

A very nice house that felt like home!, comfortable spacious and relaxing.
10.0House was home from home, very nice vibe. Roomy comfortable and central to accommodate our needs. It was a pleasure to be at the lodge. Lovely conservatory and garden. Just really very nice.
