Pathetic not with the money they charge
1.0− Doesn't have basic lift facility. Though I had mentioned that there would be a senior citizen with us the booking staff never mentioned this basic information and we were in for a shock when we were told that our allocated room was on the second floor. We had to carry out belongings ourselves since there was no other staff. Further the Air conditioner in the room was not working and when I demand another room or refund the staff reluctantly allotted another room after i mentioned that I would it would only be for the night (we reached at 10pm) and would check out the next day. Was charged 6k at booking.com however the staff told me that the actual rate for the room was 4.3k
