9.0Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Küche kann voll genutzt werden. Im Kühlschrank ist Platz für alles was man kühlen möchte. Zimmer etc. liebevolle eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation zwischen den Besitzern und uns , hat über Booking/ E-Mail einwandfrei geklappt. Antworten zu unseren Fragen , wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Das Haus ist super einfach zu erreichen. Der Bus hält direkt davor und fährt in kurzen Abständen. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment total weiterempfehlen.....10 von 10 Punkten.... Danke für dieses tolle Erlebnis...

8.0Big room and a nice kitchen. Ferry is 4km walk away. Very clean overall. I liked going to Manhattan with the ferry every morning. Wendy's and a supermarket are nearby.
− The room was very bright as the windows were only covered by pleated blinds. The main door didn't shut. If someone wanted to break into the house it would be easy but a police station is nearby.

8.0A clean property which is a short walk from the ferry terminal. There is also a well stocked supermarket close by. There was a communal kitchen which I did not use but appeared to fully equipped.
− The room was so cold on the night of arrival (had a late flight). I barely slept as a result because only a couple of bed sheets were provided and no duvet. Only stayed for two nights. The second night was better but still on the cold side. To access the bathroom you need to walk through the communal kitchen.

9.0Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Bad neu und mit allem Komfort. Die Küche konnten wir benutzen und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Dazu eine freundliche Gastgeberin. Von der Wohnung erreicht man schnell die Fähre und hat täglich eine traumhafte schnelle Überfahrt nach Manhattan.

8.0Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement auf Staten Island. Alles war ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das private Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie die bequemen Betten – ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett mit Einzelbett, ideal für unsere Bedürfnisse. Eine Gemeinschaftsküche war ebenfalls vorhanden, die wir zwar nicht genutzt haben, aber sie macht den Aufenthalt sicher noch flexibler. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Nur eine Meile von der Staten Island Ferry entfernt, mit der man kostenlos und direkt nach Manhattan kommt – inklusive tollem Blick auf die Freiheitsstatue. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.
