1.0הדירה עם פוטנציאל טוב אבל מוזנחת ורמת תחזוקה נמוכה.
− החוויה שלנו היתה גרועה וקיצרנו את חופשתנו. הדירה לא מתוחזקת - סירחון נוראי של ביוב, כסא מתפרק, ריח מסריח של עובש בארונות המטבח, ג'וקים,מקלחון שהדלת כנראה נשברה ולא תוקנה, חוסר בדברים בסיסיים, ובאמצע לילה גשום הדירה הוצפה לחלוטין במים. אמנם קיבלנו פיצוי אבל לקינוח חייבו אותנו בחיוב כפול כאילו שעשינו שתי עסקאות למרות שעשינו עסקה אחת. החברה מתעלמת מהפניות שלנו לזיכוי עסקה אחת. בקיצור אל תתקרבו למרות שהצילומים יפים ובאופן תמוה הציונים טובים.
A nice 1 bedroom/mamad apartment with a terrace and free parking in a central but quiet location.
8.0The location is nice, close to the central train station and the Lower City but away from noisy streets. You can easily check yourself in with the codes provided by the hosts. There's a huge terrace with a great view over Haifa but to be honest we haven't used it much in the August heat. The bedroom is also a Mamad (reinforced shelter room). There's free parking in the courtyard.
− There was an issue with the check-in: I got a message at about 5 PM that there was a problem with the cleaning and they would like to relocate me to another apartment. That didn't work for me and I generally don't recommend taking such deals in Israel, so I asked for a refund. After several hours they managed to find a substitute cleaner and we got the right apartment in the end but it was a bit stressful and we had to arrive later than we intended to.
Great Stay with Stunning Views and a Perfect Location
10.0The location of the Bahai Gardens Vista Penthouse is fantastic with beautiful views and easy access to Haifa's main attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated.
