Host MUST provide fans, state on the listing, unusually hot summer with NO AIR CONDIIONING, list the bldg 2A address, e
1.0It was available last minute.
− No air conditioning. No fans. Hot until it cooled off at 3am. Exact address not on the booking. It should have said Bldg 2A, fifth floor, apt on right but it only listed the street. We went to the street and nobody was there at 10pm. Host answered the booking.com text once but didn’t reply to our repeated “we are lost” texts. Apparently, she prefers to contact by WhatsApp instead but we didn’t think to check that relying on the booking.com texts she answered once. As a result we didn’t get into the apartment until almost midnight. Hot, no breeze with all the windows open, and her response on WhatsApp was to say maybe she would add fans for future guests. Also the parking was a problem. We found out our parked car on the street had to be moved into a blue paid parking spot by 9am or get a $70 ticket which ment I had to wake up early after that late night to move the car.

8.0La ubicación en Zumaia. Es un piso de 3 habitaciones espacioso y limpio. Muy cerca del centro del pueblo.
− Los anfitriones tardaron tiempo en contestar y proporcionar información para el check-in. No se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones, solo en los parking habilitados.
Bastante bien, salvo algún detalle.

− No había cuchillos de cocina (excepto uno de sierra para el pan), las sartenes con el antiadherente gastado y no estaría mal un estropajo nuevo.

4.0− L'appartement que nous avons loué avait un parking et c'est pour cela que nous l avions pris mais lorsque nous avons téléphone vu que au bout d une demi heure nous ne l'avions toujours pas trouvé la personne nous dit je suis désolée mais ce n'est pas l appartement que je vous ai envoyé en photos et vous n'avez pas de parking donc rien à voir avec ce que nous avons réservé .......
