We wasted money paid in this hotel for 2 nights. We stayed for one night only without refund.
6.0The room is non-refundable even if there is still time to cancel. I want to reduce the day of stay but it was not possible. I wasted my money for 2 days for booking in this hotel. The room is small and the hotel's location is along a busy highway.

This is quite OK for those looking for a single night stay.
4.0This is quite okay for those who are looking to sleep overnight. There is WiFi and TV for you to enjoy your stay there. There is AC hence the place is not hot. This place is well connected to other places.
− The bathroom coincides with the toilet. You have the shower in front of the toilet bowl. Which is also near the sink. Since the bathroom is too small, you have everything there, however, the tissue rack will be wet once you use the shower. Also, it is going to be flooded there because the drainage is in the middle and the water does not drain properly.

− The family room was on the 4th floor. One has to walk through 8 flights of stairs to get to the family room. There was no parking space available and the hotel is along the highway. The attending concierge was really nice but she was not given any authority at all to decide. When I requested to replace my family room booking with two small rooms, the attendant called the authorized officers at once but no one answered. I had to be very angry before they granted my request. I will never stay in that hotel ever again. I also recommend against booking a room there.
