Schneller grossartiger, hilfreicher und vorausschauender Support/Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist komfortabel, gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, die das Haus komplett umgebende Veranda, der große Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen, Parkmöglichkeit und Strandnähe (5 min) sind unschlagbar.

The Villa was perfect for us in the centre of Kato Gouves but still very private. If you enjoy sunbathing there is 360 degrees of balcony to follow the sun all day till sunset. The beach is very accessible as well if you want to go for a dip in the sea. I enjoyed the outside shower for washing down after a swim in the sea or for even just cooling down.

Wonderful family holiday next to the sea

Everything! The house is very well located (a couple of minutes walking from different beaches, taverna's and stores). It was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The owner, Irini, is magnificent and very friendly and helpful - she really takes care well about the house and the weekly cleaning was much appreciated. The garden in front of the house was very useful as a private play ground for our child - we felt safe (for him) and he had plenty of space. The house is not very big but it has all it takes for a holiday at the beach (including an outdoor shower you can take when returning from the beach, but unfortunately only one toilet/bathroom, covered terrace to sit outside in the shadow and an outside dinning area in the backyard). The kitchen had sufficient equipment to cook (including an oven and a microwave but no dishwasher) and there is a big fridge allowing you to store sufficient food (and ice cream :)). The washing machine is also available. All sleeping rooms and the living area have air conditioning. There is also plenty of private parking space on the property (for more than one car). The house has also WiFi with fast speed internet. We had a wonderful holiday!

The house is very comfortable and spacious with the beatifule garden and huge terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, Wi-Fi is excellent, even for my remote work. There are excellent Taverna and meny groseries in 3 min walking distance. The host Irini is very hospitable. She welcomed us with fresh fruits and wine. She providing us with any information about our vacation. We had a great vacation, and we will definitely visit again.

− Although the appartment is very close to the beach we would still have loved a swimming pool in the garden.
