10.0If you are ever visiting Newmarket this is the place to stay. Superb location, quality and customer service. The standard of furniture, bedding and towels were excellent. We slept superbly and enjoyed an amazing quality breakfast. Can’t wait to return 😊

10.0Breakfast was great, location was ideal. Room was a bit hot in the heatwave but two fans were provided, so it was bearable.
