− La caldaia ha presentato qualche problema di miscelazione dell' acqua. Infatti, dalle doccette o usciva bollente o fredda. Segnalato alla proprietaria, mi è stato risposto che molto probabilmente era un problema di pressione. Generalizzato così, mi è sembrato che volesse aggirare il problema.
