Beautiful hotel, but the overall experience didn’t live up to the luxury price tag.

Beautiful design that blends the building’s original medieval Muslim palace architecture with modern Scandinavian interiors. The common areas were especially stunning and gave the hotel a unique character. * Easy and efficient check-in. * Good breakfast with a wide variety of options. * The 24-hour spa with a lap pool, sauna, and infrared sauna was a nice amenity. * Staff were friendly. * Great location within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and luxury shopping—like 10-15 mins.

− * I didn’t feel the rooms justified the price. I also stayed at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular nearby, and for a similar price I found the rooms more comfortable, the rooftop pool was a great addition, and the overall experience was better. * The room layouts weren’t good to me—the room was small, and I didn't book a lower-end room. The closets and bathrooms were hidden behind mirrored panels, and some layouts, like the loft-style rooms, felt cramped and didn’t make the best use of the space. I thought the common areas were much more attractive than the rooms themselves. * The 24-hour spa was a nice amenity, but it was often out of basic items like drinking water. * The concierge service could be improved. I was hoping for more assistance with restaurant reservations, beach clubs, and local recommendations, but they weren’t able to help much with my requests. It didn't feel like a luxury service. I once asked them to help me find a taxi company in another part of the island and he basically told me no. lol * After staying at the nearby Sant Francesc Hotel Singular, whose rooftop pool was one of my favorite parts of the stay, I definitely missed having that amenity. * The hotel is on a narrow street where taxis didn’t always want to drive, so I was often dropped a short walk away and had to make my way through the alleyways, even after dark. * Breakfast was good, but I was surprised by how limited the included menu was. Many items that are standard at comparable luxury hotels, like Eggs Benedict, cost extra. Even simple add-ons like avocado or a ginger shot came with an additional charge—3 euros for a ginger wellness shot lol. It made the breakfast experience feel more like constant upselling than a luxury hotel. * I wasn’t impressed with the dinner service. The menu was very limited, and one evening I waited over an hour for my meal. When I finally asked about it, I was told they had forgotten my order.
