We planned our stay to sea a good number of west and east destinations. Location for rent was selected deliberately. Pri
10.0Location and the area is good, easy to access west and east destinations. Its deal breaker is the fact the territory is closed and no stranger people are walking around. However the unit itself needs more attention, it’s used and leaves some questions of the price quality aspect.

8.0We have really enjoyed the bedrooms and in particular the bedding as it was extremely comfortable, the space, and the electric stores. The apartment is pleasant and furnished with good taste. The pool was also very pleasant with very nice views on the bay and Herakleion. The stunning sunset can be seen from the living room.
− We haven't been able to enjoy the exterior. The terrace was dirty, the furniture was also dirty, and the BBQ was rusted. Since the entrance is from the terrace, it gave a first bad impression and not one of luxury. Also, we did not receive the exact location of the apartment before we needed to get there. We were disappointed by the location, as the apartment was not facing Herakleion, as the location on Booking suggested, even if indeed it has a sea view. The location that appears on Booking is not that of the apartment. The apartment is located close to the entrance of the Theseus Beach Village and much higher on the hill, thus much further away from the pool and from the beach. Since the hill is steep, we used mostly the car to go down to the pool which is at 8 minutes walk. The (small) private beach is much further away. Also, there is a garage with a space for the apartment. Unfortunately, there are several sparrow nests in the garage, and one almost above the car space. We left the car there only once, as we found our rental car 'decorated' and had to wash it that time. Too bad that those negative points have outweighed the positive points of our experience there.
