6.0La tranquilidad de la urbanización y cercanía de la playa.

7.0Está situado muy cerca de la playa, en una urbanización familiar y tranquila. Es un apartamento grande y espacioso. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.
− Calidad-precio no corresponde. Una cosa es que sea antiguo y otra muy diferente es que esté dejado y con algunos arreglos que hacerle que no llevan tanto trabajo y lo dejarían habitable. El ventilador de techo estaba en modo calor, las alcachofas de la ducha no las podías usar en la pared, uno de los baños no tragaba bien, el horno se rompió(nos lo intentaron arreglar eso si hay que decirlo)…Me pareció muy caro para la calidad que ofrecen. Si le dieran un poco de cariño y arreglaran 4 cosas sería un gran apartamento.

− El papel higiénico que había fué escaso y al llegar la persiana de una habitación estaba rota. Lo comunicamos y al día siguiente vinieron a arreglarla.

7.0Las instalaciones, piscina y cancha de tenis
− No hay toallas ( hay que pagarlas),ni gel de baño, el secador hay que pedirlo, enseres de cocina, salvo sartenes y ollas, todo muy justito. La plaza de aparcamiento se paga (10€ noche). Ni pinzas para tender...

− La ducha del baño pequeño no se puede utilizar, es muy pequeña, son cortinas lo que tiene y se escapa todo el agua, lo que hace que se inunde el suelo.
