Disappointing experience due to poor check-in management, the customer service and also the facilities.
1.0− 1. The dryer isn’t working. 2. I bring senior citizen, my 99 years old grandma for this trip. But end up our check-in was delayed due to a mistake made by the staff, which was disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience. We had to wait for almost 2hours in the car, to get the key and checkin. This is the worst I ever had so far and I dont think I will book the same apartment ever again. Tq

− Please have to maintain the unit cleaning, really many dust. Like no makeup the room. On the ceiling also have insect.
