The location was fine as we have been to Puerto Aventuras before and new the area. Common grounds were great. Pool area was excellent.

− We have been to Puerto Aventuras a few times now and were not able to rent our usual condo. We found this one and lnew its location was great and it sounded perfect for our needs. We are not complainers when we travel. We expect lots of different conditions and can manage much of it. However there were a few items that i would like to mention as I feel these affected our ejoyment and potentially caused us $. I am a member of all the Puerto Aventuras favebook groups and will be making a post about this rental company and the apartment. 1. Apt advertising on your site was false! No oven as listed. We arrived late knowing restaurants would be closed. Stopped at a grocery store and got simple food to cook in an oven for late dinner. Pizza, fries, chicken wings. When we arrived there was no oven. Waste of $50 on food we never were able to cook. 2. Dishware is all plastic and has malamine in it so couldn't use it in the microwave. (I took a picture of the dishware label that states it's not microwave safe) 3. 4 coffee mugs (for 4 guests) and one was broken when we arrived. Asked the first morning for a new one (they asked me to send a photo of the damaged cup which I proved) a simple fix for them but it never arrived. Had to get one ourselves. 4. Water jug had no water in it when we arrived (they provide for drinking water). When asked they told us the it had supposed to be replaced but apparently was not. They could not get us one for a day and half so we had to purchase our own till the new one arrived. 5. Batteries for remote controls AC were dead. I get that happens so simply asked for new ones that never arrived. Neighbours gave us some. 6. Place was dirty when we arrived. Coffee maker had coffee grounds still in it. Counters were dirty and dishes had been put away with food still on them. We needed up rewashing everything before we used it. That happens but could be better for sure. 7.

Safe, beautiful location, friendly neighbours, easy to walk to restaurants and cafes, kayaking in the lagoons and swimming in the sea.

Spacious, well-equipped, clean and nice swimming pool, extra towels for the beach, great seafood restaurants nearby, located on well maintained complex. Also great location for visits to cenotes, beach and Tulum. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Wunderschöne und große Wohnung mit einer super Küche zum kochen. Zudem ist die Wohnung schön hell.

− Wenn man kein Auto/Golfcard hat ist der Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt 20 Min Fußweg entfernt. Die meisten scheinen aber mit Auto dort zu sein :)

Loved our one month stay in this beautiful gated community great people and awesome property.

The location was fine for us as we loved the walking every day .Property was great and our view was beautiful from our balcony over looking pool and lagoon.The condo layout was done well spacious and comfortable for the four of us. We enjoyed all the great number of little restaurants and bars lots of variety of food and drinks and the food was very tasty.Checking in on the PA events every day you can always find a place for entertainment. All in all we had a great one month stay. The concierge helped us out with everything a great service to have and use.

− We lost two days waiting for repairman in condo due to wiring problems with hot water heater, but stuff like this happens every where ,we were here for a month so not as big of a deal .
