10.0El servicio fue muy bueno desde que llegamos, todo el personal muy amable, las instalaciones son preciosas. La comida es buena, podría mejorar en relación al precio, pero nada descabellado. La habitación es comodísima.
− No me disgustó nada en sí, pero podrían mejorar teniendo un área en la alberca para poder tomar algo, una especie de bar o terraza.

− El personal no explicaba los tours que hay dentro, una terraza en la habitación pero no se podía estar afuera porque estaba lleno de mosquitos, no hay mucho que hacer, pedimos room service y en pleno masaje nos llegaron a cobrar en vez de cargarlo a la habitación, lugar cómodo para descansar pero no hay nada que hacer en el hotel
