10.0Casetta bellissima a pian terreno in una zona periferica di Roma, di fronte alle campagne. Comodo il parcheggio davanti casa e il terrazzino. Non mancava nulla, ci siamo trovati benissimo e il signor Massimiliano è stato pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza

Not what we expected, with previous ratings and price.
7.0Apartment felt newly renovated and in perfekt condition. It was very clean. It was also very large. The owner which we didn't.eet in person was friendly via WhatsApp and helped us to borrow an HDMI cable.
− I recommend making the apartment more comfortable. There is a lot of room for more furniture. Today it only has 1 sofa, that fits 3 persons. No other comfortable furniture to use for relaxing. So for us, a family with 4, one of us had to sit on a hard kitchen chair. The owner tried to buy an armchair when I asked, which was nice, but he didn't manage. So the situation remained bad for us. He did buy some soft pillows to make the hard chairs better, so a plus for trying. Then there is only an absolute minimum of kitchen ware, so cooking food is very hard. It was promised there would be BBQ possibilities outdoors, but there was none. Also outside it had a minimum decoration. A tiny table and 2 chairs... for an apartment that has 4 beds. My feeling is that the owner, either is very new to Booking.com and have not had time to buy what is needed for the apartment, or he is trying just to maximize his profit. I hope it's not so and that this apartment will be improved for future guests. It's absolutely not bad, it's quite nice, but it lacks furniture and equipment, that's all.
