Free parking. About a 10-minute walk from the center, yet located in a quiet and safe area. There’s a nice balcony at the back of the building. Plenty of storage space, and the kitchen is well equipped.

− Be aware of the rules regarding bedroom usage (there’s an extra charge if you’re 3–4 people or if you use both bedrooms). We missed that information at first, as we mainly compared prices, location, and photos. However, the host was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The blinds in the first bedroom (we only used one) don’t close completely, so if you’re sensitive to light, you might prefer the other bedroom instead. A nearby power socket by the bed would be nice, although we actually didn’t mind charging our phones in the kitchen. Overall, we would recommend this place!

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Casa Margherita è una vera chicca: spaziosa, accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio. La proprietaria è eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a rendere il soggiorno speciale. Tutto è stato impeccabile: dalla pulizia alla posizione, tutto ha superato le aspettative. Non potrei che consigliarla caldamente a chi cerca comfort e ospitalità ad Alba.

Falls ich wieder in Alba gehe würde ich wieder diese Wohnung aussuchen, weil sehr geräumig ist es hat zwei Schlafzimmer

Die Wohnung war sehr grosszügig, hell und an gute Lage, ruhig und doch zentral. Auch die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und die verschiedenen Info weitergegeben. In 10 Gehminuten waren wir schon im Zentrum.

Magnifique appartement non loin du centre d'Alba. Notre hôte a été incroyable, nous donnant toutes les informations nécessaires sur les activités alentours. Je recommande !!

Beautiful apartment, clean & cosy, very well equipped in the city centre of Alba. Giorgia is a wonderful host, very helpful and provides a lot of information about the area :) there is also a private parking place.
