− Upon arrival, the place is difficult to find, no signage of the property. Street parking by the busy road that could damage vehicles any time. A one person gate that leads to a downwards staircase then into the room that is supposed to be the reception unmaned, filthy and nothing like what it describes in your app. To make it worse, I booked for 3 rooms and one room’s air conditioning is not working. The golf course is non existent. Pool table had seen better days. Common room is filthy and we have to clean tables full of dust to use them. The electric fans in the common rooms were not working and I was told it was broken the day before. And will be fixed next day. Which I doubt as the place is full of dust and dead flies around. The water in the upper floors was not on all the time. I never took a shower in their bathroom, samae as most of my party of family. We were constantly watched by movinh cctv around, yet they did not bother fixing or sorting out our complains. It was a horrible place that we tried ro look for another place when we arrived about 10pm at night. None were available at that time for a group with a 4 year old and seniors over the age of 80. The place is under construction with dangerous bars out and visible with is a definite a major health and safety issue. Me and my family took photos and videos of this property and show the owner to prove we are being difficult but felt betrayed by the reviews in booking.com. I found anothe accomodation and left the place at 2pm next day and never went back and managed to stay in a safer cleaner and honesr place. No staff is available from the moment we arrived till we checked out and canclled our 2nd night’s booking. I payed in advance for this property and I can honestly say & swear to God on my kids name that this is most horrible conniving place described on a property I book and stayed on the internet We endured the night and then moved out the next day to Whiterock Beach Hotel.
