Clean and basic apartment in an excellent location.

The apartment is in a great location. It had 2 bathrooms, good cupboard space and it was clean and comfortable.

− There is no privacy with the curtains open because the living room looks onto the courtyard garden of the hotel next door. And the bedroom is looking out onto a storage area for the hotel. There are no basic necessities in the kitchenette - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar - which is very frustrating for a short stay. There are no mugs for tea, only tiny coffee cups. The bathroom has a lot of red crumbling paintwork from what looks like a damp patch in the ceiling which dusts the bath.

Great staff and a good stay.

Beautiful old building. Well maintained. We had a cool room with a loft bedroom and it was actually pretty large. Cool view out of the window. They left us beverages in the fridge. Kitchenette with an electric hot water kettle.

− Slight mold smell, which is normal in a 400-500 year old building. I carried bags up 5 flights of stairs which was a little rough, but the staff assisted. The stairwell lights didn’t turn on until I reached the bottom, so it was a challenge to make the first trip down in the early morning.

The location of the building is excellent. The room was spacious and very bright. Matteo was the perfect host. Thank you again."
