Modern & tasteful house
9.0Communication with host very good; tastefully decorated modern house with everything that was needed.
− The surrounding area not great but fine as we were a group attending a conference and out all day.

− Location (surrounding area) is a bit run down, but it is near to the city centre so that’s a good trade off.

9.0The house had every feature possible so there was never a need to go out and have to buy anything
− The house rules are very very strict, makes it a little bit unnerving to stay as you sometimes feel a bit on edge just incase anything does go slightly wrong. That took away the “stay at home” sort of feel.

− Location sits in a neighbourhood and some food delivery services were hesitant to deliver to us. Towels for showering need to be proper size towels rather than hand towels
