9.0The view of the sunset from the top window.
− The smell of weed from next door, and being woken up in the early morning by the owners child screaming and the father telling her off right outside the my room door. The stairs leading up to the bedroom was very steep and quite dangerous,and there isn't a door on the bathroom so you had to shower, wash and poo in full view of your partner.

10.0The room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The mezzanine setup with the double bed made great use of the space, and having a desk and an en-suite bathroom made the stay incredibly convenient. The hosts were welcoming, and it felt like a very cosy and peaceful family home.

Nice room for a short stay in Hertford
8.0Great communication from the host who was able to accommodate my late arrival. The room was very nice and the bathroom in particular was lovely with a good shower. It was located a few minutes walk from a bus stop which was handy to get back into the town centre.
− I was unable to get the wifi to work and due to my late arrival had noone to ask - the 'backup' instructions were not at all clear. The bedroom area was very warm as it's up in the loft area, so would recommend a fan is added to the room as an option. I also was unable to find a hairdryer in any of the cupboards or drawers and, as I was in a rush, just had to go without.
